Project managers with a focus on construction contracts in the glass facade industry

Flex Fasader AB, based in Örebro, has enjoyed strong market success for several years and needs to strengthen its workforce with committed, experienced and qualified Project Managers. Our annual turnover is currently SEK 200 million. We want to grow. We have customers throughout the Swedish and Norwegian construction industries. We want to grow in this respect too. Our Project Managers play a key role in our construction projects and in our success.

Being a Project Manager at Flex Fasader AB means being responsible for construction projects. We perform major projects which may be prestigious and highly publicised. The Project Manager must understand the whole construction project, from idea/need to order, through production and assembly to delivery reconciliation with the customer. It is vital to understand how the whole chain impacts our business.

Our employees are a key asset, so your ability to create a strong team spirit and a positive work climate is essential. In our work with subcontractors and hired staff, flows and communication must function meticulously.

We would like you to meet the following criteria:

  • You are a civil or construction engineer. You have a genuine interest in construction and, ideally, an understanding of glass facades.
  • You have experience of negotiation and procurement of construction contracts. You have good knowledge of cost estimation and economics.
  • You will be responsible for construction project from start to completion. You will deal directly with construction, production and the customer/client.
  • You will be responsible for the project’s finances, and should have an excellent understanding of construction law.
  • You realise the value of delivering the right project at the right time.
  • You have a strong sense of quality, logistics and organisation.
  • You have experience of project management and enjoy working with colleagues and team mates.
